Neptune is the planet of illusion, deception and scandal; however, Neptune is also the planet of empathy and compassion, which is why you will want to extend your hand in friendship rather than withdraw it. You will also discover that you’re a lot more emotionally intelligent about people than you ever gave yourself credit for.
CANCER (June 22-July 22)
As far as you are concerned, you have carried the burden of a one-sided relationship, money draining business or family obligation for too long and you have a right to happiness. This is why you will want to break ranks and go your own way this week. However, the solar eclipse in that part of your chart that pertains to self-undoing shows that you’re in danger of sabotaging your own efforts. The wonderful thing about Mercury (the messenger planet) passing under the rays of Jupiter (the planet of good fortune) on Monday is that these opportunities will come winging their way to you rather than vice-versa, so you’ll want to check your texts, emails and even your spam folder. Carry your phone with you at all times and you won’t miss out. Meanwhile, you can look for big developments at the workplace itself. An unexpected shake-up on Thursday (it could be the surprise departure of a coworker or supervisor) moves you to the top of the short list of candidates for a new position. There will be some wrangling for this coveted spot, but you’re in it for the long haul, which means that you will emerge the victor when Saturn comes out retrograde near the end of June.
