From Jon and Kate Gosselin to Kim Kardashian, we’ve all seen that love in front of the camera doesn’t always work out. It’s not a surprise. Being on television and coping with the criticism that comes with fame and recognition is hard. New attention can change people and even the strongest couples can suffer. In fact, the upcoming season of Millionaire Matchmaker has turned the tables on me as I look for my own man and try not to let the cameras get the best of my potential relationships.

As a third generation matchmaker, I have seen my share of dating mishaps and triumphs.
